In my last post I said I would share my news about my progress as I returned to the Recording Studio to continue work on my second album. Sadly though, myself and Mike haven’t been able to get together this last week (life sometimes gets in the way) so I’ll have to leave sharing that with you until my next post.
Despite this, I’ve had a productive week musically. I’ve been putting in lots of singing practice – working on a cover song for the singing school student concert in a couple of weeks time, plus working on the vocals for the first track myself and Mike started putting a production down for a couple of weeks ago (this one is very challenging for my voice, so I’m trying to make sure I’m well prepared for when we do the actual recording).
I’ve also been spending a lot of time working on a new lyric music video for “Dreaming” – one of the tracks on my debut album. I finished it over the weekend and I’m really happy to be able to share it with you today. I hope you enjoy it.
